Front Desk Receptionist - Brentwood, Los Angeles CA

HardLoop's clients are medical practices and doctors. This is a unique opportunity to work at the front desk of a successful behavioral health practice in the heart of Brentwood, Los Angeles.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • As a member of the front desk team, your job will consist of warmly welcoming clients and checking them in for their appointments with psychiatrists and therapists.

  • In addition to welcoming clients, you will direct them to the appropriate office, collect payment, assist clients with scheduling follow-up appointments.

  • Successful candidates will demonstrate that they are professional, emotionally mature, reliable, very warm, friendly, polished and empathic.

  • You should be detail oriented and comfortable using an apple computer and enthusiastic to learn how to use multiple software applications.

Healthcare Recruiter

HardLoop is currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, team oriented environment. Candidate will be responsible for managing facets of a professional recruitment effort of mental health professionals including psychiatrists, psych nurse practitioners, psychologists and therapists. Candidate will collaborate with the VP of Talent, Clinician Leaders and senior management to ensure our clients are able to successfully recruit passionate and highly qualified clinicians.

Our people are our most valuable resource and as a member of Talent Support, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the employee experience enabling us to help our clients reach their utmost potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound candidate applications in a timely fashion.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone interviews of interested candidates.

  • Establish follow-up interviews with successful candidates.

  • Manage candidate profiles in Salesforce and HR Software.

  • Conduct ongoing candidate research designed to generate leads.

  • Conduct high volume outbound call campaigns.

  • Conduct outbound email campaigns.

  • Reach out to prospective mental health professionals that are in the job market and

  • looking for new opportunities.

  • Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule and perform in-person and phone

  • interviews with candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration) or equivalent experience required, in addition to 2+ years of relevant and progressively more responsible recruiting, sales or human resources experience.

  • Prior recruiting, sales or human resources experience.

  • Strong capability in developing effective working relationships with senior management, and in influencing decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, counseling and business solving skills.

  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

We take a customer-centric approach to ensure that there is a dedicated Client Support team that will manage all client interactions for the medical groups we service.

Using multiple technology platforms we are looking for additional team members who are quick learners, interested in technology, and looking to provide excellent customer service and work in an exciting and busy start-up healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide friendly customer service to clients related to financial, billing and healthcare insurance matters.

  • Able to communicate group's billing policies in an easy to understand fashion.

  • Able to resolve high-conflict phone calls by ensuring customers' concerns are heard.

  • Skilled in de-escalating customer frustration in a professional manner.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Contact healthcare insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims and verify clients' benefits.

  • Ensure that all interactions and communication between HardLoop and its clients is both professional and supportive.

  • Handle all customer inquiries in timely, pleasant and efficient manner.

  • Ability to use software for communicating and resolving the patient coordination process.

  • Manage process for resolution of customer service tickets.

  • Attend to inbound phone calls in both a positive and professional manner.

  • Engage in outbound phone calls with clients.

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Outstanding customer service experience.

  • Ability to exercise strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with software.

  • Familiarity with healthcare insurance is a plus.

  • Eager to expand knowledge in the Healthcare space.

  • Must work well in a team environment.

  • Flexible in fluid, ever-changing environment.
